Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Content Manager to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts and working with the Digital team to create 360-degree marketing campaigns. If you are a tech-savvy professional with an interest in communicating with clients through online channels, we would like to meet you. As a Content Manager, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Create engaging text, image and video content
  • Work with vendors to create video and imagery
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
  • Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
  • Develop an optimal content schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Oversee social media accounts’ layout
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
  • Daily scan of manufacturer portals to look for content to repost and ensure we are aligned with their messaging
  • Assist with blogs and written work for website
  • Coordinate coverage for large scale events and produce engaging stories to educate followers
  • Work with influencers and celebrities to ensure coverage for our brands
  • Tie in content produced to a 360-degree digital campaign
  • Keep track of key anniversaries (traditional e.g. easter, Chinese NY, brand specific e.g. 100 yr, 200k followers etc, and ‘new age’ e.g. bring your dog to work day etc) and arrange content to celebrate and inform our clients and followers
  • Work with PR agency to ensure specific content is shared with media

Requirements

  • Strong passion for luxury automotive brands
  • Proven work experience as a Content Manager
  • Strong knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking and analytical skills
  • BS degree in Marketing, New media or relevant field
  • Automotive experience a strong plus
