ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following, but not limited to and other duties may be assigned:

  • Check timecards, payroll summaries, and bonus calculations for accuracy.
  • Enter payroll data into the in-house computer system or transmit to outside payroll
  • processor (Adp workforce).
  • Enter any deductions for garnishments, insurance, uniforms, employee receivables, 401K, or other requested deductions.
  • Process the payroll cycles.
  • Maintain both the computer employee record file and the physical employee document
  • file.
  • Make any required tax deposits and other deduction payments to third parties and taxes, payroll taxes, workers compensation, insurance, 401K plans, and garnishments.
  • complete the necessary monthly, quarterly, and annual tax and summary reports for
  • Order W-2 forms, employee applications, and other payroll forms as
  • necessary.
  • If there is no human resource manager, perform those job duties
  • Determine proper accounting of salary and tax expenses and accruals and maintain the accounting interface or post the payroll summaries.
  • Provide management with payroll estimates for cash flow purposes.

  • Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
